ANTOR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS also offers after sales warranty service of each of its software products. Within a warranty period of 6 months a client is guaranteed consulting in regards to the product use, elimination of system failures occurred due to the manufacturer’s fault and free on-site visits of company experts for elimination of such errors. If a client purchases a system consisting of a software application and hardware devices the devices are also subject to after-sales warranty service.

Upon expiration of the warranty period we suggest concluding a Technical Support Agreement under which a customer is entitled to a guaranteed service, additional information and guidelines as well as regular updates of databases and maps.

For our clients’ convenience we offer three support packages:

Standard package:  provision of support during working hours on workdays (Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. till 6.00 p.m.)

Special package: provision of support up to 24 hours on workdays (Monday through Friday)

VIP package: provision of support up to 24 hours 7 days a week

When implementing our solutions we perform user training of the customer’s staff. Our experts provide full information and answer all questions in regards to our software products, besides we supply our clients with user’s guides and manuals. Upon the client’s request ANTOR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS conducts additional training courses, which is especially important in case of some changes in the client’s human resources structure or recruitment of new employees.
