Would you like to know where exactly your drivers are?
Would you like to make sure that your transport is not used for off-company business and that the drivers don't cash in on company fuel?
Would you like to be certain that transportation conditions of your cargo are fully observed?
Would you like to have a control tool over transportation expenses of your company?
If your answer is yes then you need to consider using ANTOR MonitorMaster, a state of the art GPS/GPRS tracing & tracking system which is used daily by more than 400 companies throughout Russia and CIS.
Operational Excellence
ANTOR MonitorMaster is intended for tracking down the location of vehicles and mobile objects, and defining deviations from the given routes. The system comprises an on-board hardware device and a software application which serves for processing data and setting up reports.
ANTOR MonitorMaster provides receipt and storage of information concerning the location and condition of vehicles, cargo and other mobile objects via GPS and its transmission within given time intervals via Internet or GSM/GPRS channels.
The main modes of ANTOR MonitorMaster system
"Plan - Fact" mode
ANTOR MonitorMaster not only tracks down the actual location of the vehicle but also compares the actual route with the planned one. Combined integration of ANTOR MonitorMaster with ANTOR LogisticsMaster™ (Automated Route Planning System) allows comparing the following parameters for each vehicle in the "Plan-Fact" mode:
1. actual and planned route;
2. actual and planned route duration;
3. speed: average speed within a route and speed at a given point (speed diagram);
4. actual and planned route length;
5. actual and planned arrival time to the client;
6. late arrivals to the client (client service diagram);
7. stops within a route (turning off the engine).
Zone filter allows defining special or prohibited zones and the dispatcher (manager) is automatically informed as soon as an object crosses the borders of these defined zones (enters or exits these zones).
Special data base filters enable dispatcher (manager) to visualize only those objects that comply with pre-defined criteria (e.g. strategically important objects). This allows to optimize the number of objects shown at the same time and is especially relevant when a dispatcher has to track more than 10 objects at the same time. Parameters can be flexibly defined in compliance with client's business process.
All data concerning previous days is stored in the archive and is available for further analytical purposes.
"Archive" mode
All information from devices as well as route plans are stored in the database and are archived. The archiving is automatically performed by the server during non-working hours (e.g. at midnight). The archive saves all parameters of the actual vehicle motion as well as all planned characteristics.
Later on the dispatcher can select any routes by selecting a specific date, vehicle or driver name and download them for further review and analysis. It is possible to analyse the routes for a certain period and single out the routes containing deviations from the set parameters.
"Analysis" mode
The archived data can be used for statistics analysis of route and plan fulfillment. One can analyze the performance of one vehicle, a group of vehicles or all routes. The analysis is performed on the basis of the following characteristics:
1. route length,
2. route duration,
3. the number of stops,
4. the number of late arrivals,
5. the number of the served clients,
6. average speed,
7. duration of stay at the client
It is possible to analyse the estimated and the actual values as well as the difference between the plan and the fact. The application supports several dispatchers' (managers') workplaces, it is intended for work with a large vehicle fleet and does not require constant human participation.
A wide range of tracing and tracking options
ANTOR MonitorMaster is a complex monitoring system which can be integrated together with various hardware types thus giving our customers a wide range of tracing and tracking opportunities in compliance with their needs:
Companies performing intracity deliveries can trace and track their vehicles online with the help of "Gelix-2" black boxes which are installed in the vehicles and are connected to the vehicle power supply or "Gelix G-Box" portable solutions with accumulator batteries. G-boxes can be easily transported from vehicle to vehicle.
Intercity freight carriers can make use of a more cost-efficient tracing mode with the help of off-line data loggers. The advantage of this solution is that it requires no GPRS traffic costs. All the motion related data is recorded in the data logger and can be later transmitted into ANTOR MonitorMaster Software via bluetooth as soon as the data logger enters the bluetooth coverage zone.
Companies wishing to exercise control over their sales representatives can benefit from GPS/GPRS Tracing and Tracking Handheld Solution ANTOR PocketMaster™. An additional advantage of ANTOR PocketMaster™ is that Tracing and Tracking can be performed irrespective of the sales representatives' travel mode. Moreover ANTOR PocketMaster™ facilitates text message exchange with a dispatcher.
All data concerning the location of the mobile object, distance run, travelled time, stops etc. are transmitted from all devices into ANTOR MonotirMaster and can be simultaneously processed for further analytical purposes. Thus a client makes only a one-time investment into ANTOR MonitorMaster software and can later benefit from a wide range of tracing and tracking opportunities with the help of different devices.
Beside visualizing tracing and tracking information ANTOR MonitorMaster can also transmit data from various sensors such as fuel sensors, temperature sensors, and a variety of discrete and analogue sensors, allowing to monitor on/off switching of devices installed in the vehicle as well as to measure their voltage supply. Thus a dispatcher can also closely monitor fuel consumption, temperature in a trailer, the operation use of the equipment (e.g. compressors or pumps etc.) installed in vehicles. These options are especially helpful for tracing and tracking special-purpose machines and avoiding their unauthorized use.
Reports:
ANTOR MonitorMaster generates reports based on routes performed by a given vehicle, or a group of vehicles on a certain day or over a certain period. Reports can contain a table, a diagram or a map fragment. Reports can also include information in regards to the distance run, fuel consumption, as well as comparison of the planned and actual routes for any given period.
Range of use
- Transport and logistics companies, forwarding agencies: monitoring of transport loading, control over distance length and spending of consumables, prompt correction of tasks
- Companies delivering business correspondence: prompt transmission of an order to the nearest company agent who is able to carry it out
- Manufacturing and trade enterprises: daily control over agents' work and use of company vehicles
- Operational services: assignment of urgent tasks in response to emergencies, contingencies or accidents
- Construction companies: monitoring of transport, special technical equipment, expensive equipment, construction materials and cargos
- Service centres: control and distribution of immediate tasks to service teams and technical experts
- Banks: monitoring of valuable cargos, collecting and VIP vehicles, control over condition of objects
MonitorMaster is easily integrated into Transportation and Distribution Planning system ANTOR LogisticsMaster™ and Sales representatives and distribution network management system ANTOR TerraMaster™ Agent which increases the efficiency and broadens the application range of these three software products.
System advantages
ANTOR MonitorMaster provides an opportunity of exercising control which is an important part of management process on the whole.
The key advantages of the system as compared to other monitoring systems are:
- visualization and analyses of a the Client's user information on a digital scalable map which is integrated into the system
- possibility of storing data in regards to motion and condition of objects under control, setting up of reports containing map data
- integration with the ANTOR business software applications and the client's accounting system
