Operational Excellence

ANTOR PocketMaster™ consists of the software part (ANTOR MonitorMaster), which is installed at the dispatcher's work place and PDAs (running Windows Mobile and equipped with a GPS-receiver and a GSM/GPRS modem) used by the sales representatives. ANTOR PocketMaster™ is configured for fully automated operation. The software installed on PDA does not require any additional user's operation, it starts functioning as soon as the operational system has been started. Data received from the GPS receiver are transferred to the dispatcher center where they can be analyzed in ANTOR MonitorMaster.

Besides tracing and tracking of the staff ANTOR PocketMaster™ also ensures text message exchange with a dispatcher.

ANTOR PocketMaster™ functions:

Tracing and tracking of staff

• Receipt of location related information (coordinates) via GPS receiver port
• Saving of these coordinates in the PDA database
• Transfer of data via GPRS channels to the dispatcher center

Flexible traffic costs

• Remote control of data receipt and transfer intervals in order to establish the most convenient traffic costs
• Setting of the software operation schedule (one can set the weekly work schedule as well as define the hours of the monitoring system operation)

Control over the use of PDAs as a telephone by the sales representatives

• Transfer of special messages to a dispatcher in case of incoming or outgoing calls to/from PDA in order to prevent misuse of the PDA

Message exchange with the dispatcher

• Receipt and browsing of messages from dispatcher
• Sending of messages having one-button user interface signifying e.g. the Start of the client visit and the End of the client visit which can be later processed in ANTOR MonitorMaster and used for comparing the planned and the actual agents' routes.
• Transfer of the text messages to a dispatcher using templates for the most frequent situations
