Mon'delez RUS LLC is the Russian division of one of the world's largest snack manufacturers Mondelēz International. Our brands are among of the most recognized and top-selling marks of chocolate, biscuits, chewing gum and candy in Russia: Alpen Gold, Milka, Picnic, Oreo, TUC, Yubileynoye, Dirol, Halls, etc., which are produced at four modern Russianfactories - they are represented in stores from Kaliningrad to Sakhalin.

In 2013 the company decided to automate process of managing sales through the teams of sales representatives in all regional branches. ANTOR TerraMaster™ Agent was selected for operational test, the system well established in a number of major FMCG-companies. After a successful test in 2014 the software complex use was expanded onto all the 55 regions of our presence in Russian Federation.

At the same time we identified the main directions of increasing efficiency:

  • increased time for visiting points of sales by reducing travel time;

  • improving service quality due to clear division of customers categories;

  • increase in the number of visits via multivariate scheduling.

Deployment of this program allowed optimizing personnel costs and reducing transport compensation in several regions.

Our route engineers who are responsible for sales territory zoning and scheduling sales agents are now able to qualitatively carry out their tasks in a user-friendly software environment, spending much less time on it than before.
